Coconut Cinnamon Sweet Donuts


Makes 6-8

These pillowy soft donuts are truly a doppelganger for the regular ones! The texture, tase and sweetness were really comparable, but healthier!

1. Preheat oven to 325'F


  • 2 eggs (or 2 chia eggs for plant-based option)
  • 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup choice of milk
  • 1 T psyillium husk
  • 240g The Key Dough Vanilla Almond Mix


2. In a bowl mix together the wet ingredients well
3. Measure one and a half cups of The key Dough Vanilla Mix 
4. 1 T of psyllium husk (optional but recommended as it adds spring)
5. Add dry ingredients to wet slowly mixing in

6. Put into a piping bag (or sandwich bag, if you don't have one)

7. Pipe or spoon into a lightly greased donut pan

8. Bake for 22-28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

9. Dip donuts in melted butter or coconut oil and roll in unsweetened shredded coconut & cinnamon
