Pistachio Cookies


Aren't these pretty? And so easy!


  • One 240g package of The Key Dough Vanilla Almond Mix
  • 1/2-3/4 c whole unshelled Pistachios


  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c oil or butter
  • 1/4 t almond extract
  • Green food colouring


  1. Preheat oven to 325'F
  2. In a mix egg, oil, almond extract and green food colouring
  3. Add in The Key Dough Vanilla Almond Mix
  4. Either roll or spoon out dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  6. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
