Raspberry Snowflakes


Some of our favs. Anything with fruit, am I right?


  • One 240g package of The Key Dough Vanilla Almond Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c oil or butter


    • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
    • No-added-sugar jam


    1. Preheat oven to 325'F
    2. In a bowl add egg & butter - cream
    3. Mix in The Key Dough Vanilla Almond Mix (240g)
    4. Roll cookies into desired shapes and cut or punch a hole in the middle of 6/12 - this will be the top layer where the jam will show through
    5. Line baking tray with parchment paper
    6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned
    7. Remove from oven and let cool completely
    8. Blend powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice) in a blender or coffee grinder to a fine powder
    9. Spoon sugar-free jam of choice into the middle of the bottom layer cookie and spread
    10. Add top layer and spoon more jam into the hole
    11. Sprinkle with powdered erythritol
    12. Enjoy!
