Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies đ

Ingredients
Brownie Base:
½ pouch / The Key Dough Brownie Mix
½ cup / butter, meltedÂ
2 / eggs, beatenÂ
3 tsp / red food coloringÂ
Cheesecake Layer:
1 (250g) block / cream cheese, room temperatureÂ
1 / egg, beatenÂ
Âź cup / granulated monkfruit sweetener
½ tsp / vanilla extractÂ
a few drops of red food coloring, for swirlingÂ
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.Â
In a bowl, mix all base ingredients until just combined. Scoop mix into a greased baking pan, spreading evenly.Â
In a bowl, mix all cheesecake layer ingredients until well combined. Pour over brownie base. Drip several red food coloring drops on top of cheesecake layer. Using a toothpick or knife, swirl dye into desired design. Bake for 25-30 minutes, ensuring the centre is set (barely jiggles). If the top browns too quickly, cover with foil and continue baking. Allow to cool and and slice into squares.Â
